This was approximately a 1200 square-foot home in the heart of Clarksville, TN. The homeowner purchased a house wash and a roof wash, which took approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. The property has a lot of trees so it was tough to get quality pictures without a lot of shadows. I initially washed the roof with a proprietary blend, then moved onto the house wash. Keep in mind the entire time I had to continuously water the plants and bushes around the home to mitigate damage. This was my second visit to this location. Earlier in the year I had washed the detached garage and all the concrete for this client. When the client called me, he had a lot of organic growth all over his roof, house, garage, and driveway due to all the shade.
