Supreme Wash Pressure and Soft Washing Residential Contract for Services

This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner, hereby identified as “Client,” and Supreme Wash Pressure and Soft Washing and its agents, owners, employees and subcontractors, hereby identified as “Company,” for the execution of services in exchange for payment for residential or commercial washing services.

Permissions: Client or his/her agent agrees to allow the Company on the property for the purposes of cleaning services. The Client understands that there is no set time frame for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required. The Company also has the permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.

Water Usage: By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to provide the Company the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available. If on well water, or if in an area with low water pressure or volume, the Client agrees to cease all water consumption inside the home or building which include faucets, dishwashers, washing machines, outdoor sprinkler systems, and etc.

Electrical Usage: By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to provide the Company the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required it will be at an additional charge.

Acknowledgment of Risks and Releases of Liability: Pressure/Power/Soft washing uses high and low pressure and caustic chemicals to clean difficult stains off of exterior surfaces. Utilizing this process allows for the best clean possible; however operating at high pressure can cause damage. The Companies technicians are well trained in utilizing their equipment and take the upmost precautions in making sure the company does not cause harm to your investment. High pressure is not used on residential siding however, damage can still occur due to lack of maintenance, neglect to the property, and/or low grade building materials. The Client should consult with their home builder to insure that their home's materials are able to be pressure washed. It is the responsibility of the Client to insure that their property has been maintained in accordance with its manufacture's recommendations and any defects or areas of concern are repaired prior to washing to insure a watertight surface. The Client assumes all of these risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to the above explanations. On the date of service, the Company will walk around the property and provide the Client with a written examination of pre-existing damage if found. This document is not all encompassing, as damage can become apparent or identified while the surfaces are being cleaned. When damage is found after the fact, the Company will cease all cleaning efforts until the Client is notified, observes the damage first hand if possible and acknowledges its existence. The Client also agrees to release the Company of any or all liability for injuries sustained due to equipment placement to include injuries from tripping/falling, striking equipment, falling debris or equipment.

Damages: The Company is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, improper caulking, and faulty exterior electrical outlets and switches. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. The Company will not be responsible for such conditions. The Company will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

Corrections of Damages: The Company shall only be obligated under this Contract for structural damages which are a direct result of operator error, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Damages must be discovered and reported within 3 calendar days of completion. Note: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as total project as densities and other characteristics vary across and throughout the wood. The Company and its associates attempt to represent final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of the overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish. Concrete runs into the same variations at times as well.

Stains: Some stains cannot be removed. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the Client when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.
