This concrete project was approximately a 2,500 square-feet in the heart of Sango, TN. The homeowner purchased a concrete cleaning for a portion of his driveway, courtyard, and back patio. It took approximately 4 hours to complete. The property has really poor drainage in the courtyard, so rinsing took up 1/3 of the time almost. When the client called me, he had a lot of organic growth all over the brick in the courtyard and the rest of the concrete due to all the shade trees.
